Rental rates 2025

Below you will find the rental prices for Casa Mimosa.

Casa Mimosa is not available untill 30 june 2025 

Minimum Rental Period:

Due to local laws the minimum rental period is 11 days!

Including:

– rent for the bungalow
– welcome package
– use of water, electricity and gas

Extra cost:

€ 60 per booking for final cleaning
€ 15 per person for bed linen and two towels (beds are made on arrival)

Long term rental

In the low season it is also possible to rent Casa Mimosa for a longer period.
The rental price per month is 650 euros with an additional 100 euros per month for gas, water and electricity (especially in the low season the energy costs are high). It also is possible to have the house cleaned during your stay at extra cost.

After selecting the period you would like to stay complete the form by filling in your details. After this you can send the form. I wil get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy

in case of cancellation up to the 90th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: the down payment;
in case of cancellation from the 90th day (inclusive) up to the 40th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 60% of the rental fee (*);
in case of cancellation from the 40th day (inclusive) up to and including the departure date or later: the full rental fee.

(*) The rental fee is understood to mean the basic rent, so excluding the costs for cleaning, bed linen, towels and internet
